"Cores" drop-down toolbar in Roofline Chart Data for hybrid OpenMP/MPI workload

Hi,

Intel® Advisor User Guide states that Cores drop-down toolbar is used to adjust roofline for performance limits on the host machine. In my case I profile OpenMP/MPI hybrid application with 16 MPI ranks and 2 OpenMP threads.

While launching several MPI processes I use only one MPI process to collect roofline data. Which value do I have to choose in the Cores drop-down toolbar for my particular case?

Please configure Roofline Cores menu to use 2 cores.
