Jump to solution

Hi,

I have checked the Intel Aero, and found it has airframe issue in QGC.

I cannot find the intel aero airframe as shown in the following photo.

Hello IntelAero, Thank you for your patience. We have run this issue with our Engineers Team as well. Please do the following: 1. Re-flash the Flight Controller to the same version (1.6.5) - https://github.com/intel-aero/meta-intel-aero/wiki/02-Initial-Setup#flashing-the-flight-controller-r... 2. In QGC, please select "Generic Quadrotor X" and press "Apply and Reset" 3. Reboot the drone 4. Connect it once again to QGC and check if the Aero is present now. Thank you and best regards, Eliza

Hello IntelAero,

Thank you for your interest in the Intel Aero Ready to Fly drone.

We did not notice this issue with QGroundControl. I am attaching a picture of my view.

Could you please remove the application and install it again from

http://qgroundcontrol.com/downloads/

?

On what device do you have QGC installed? What is the OS?

Thank you and best regards,

Eliza

Hi Eliza_Intel,

I really appreciate all the help you gave me.

This issue is not resolved.

I am using ubuntu 16.04 on my desktop pc which is running QGC, and I already tried different versions of QGC as I said in the previous post.

I set up this drone correctly via QGC when I purchased it two years ago, but now it happened.
