Disk fills up, large ULG files in /var/lib/mavlink-router

Is there a way to limit the size of the *.ulg files generated in /var/lib/mavlink-router?

The drone is just sitting on a desk, not even flying, and it runs out of disk space every few days due to 20+ GB worth of ULG files in /var/lib/mavlink-router. I delete the files and reboot and then it's good for a few more days. Are there settings somewhere that control the growth of these files?

Here is some output that shows how fast these files are growing.

Thanks. In the meantime, as a workaround, I put the following in the root crontab:

0 2 * * * rm /var/lib/mavlink-router/*.ulg && systemctl restart mavlink-router.service

Hello Josh,

Thank you for your patience.

As another workaround, you can turn off logging on the mavlink routing service

Modify /etc/mavlink-router/main.conf and comment out the line below:

[General]

# Log=/var/log/mavlink-router

Additionally, you can try going to the mavlink-router github community for more detailed help regarding this particular issue.

Mavlink-router github is located here https://github.com/intel/mavlink-router https://github.com/intel/mavlink-router

Hope this helps.

Regards,

I don't require any more assistance from Intel on this. I'll ask the Mavlink community about it. If I get a solution I'll post it here. Thanks.

It turns out there is no way to do this. There are only the workarounds mentioned upthread. Thanks for your help.
