So when I use the command:
sudo gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video13 num-buffers=1 ! jpegenc ! filesink location="rs.jpg"
A picture is snapped, but the quality is strange. It is very dark and green. I'm not sure why. If I record a video, it comes out fine. Attached is an example of a picture snapped to explain. Any ideas how to fix this? I'm running Ubuntu 16.04.
