How to avoid breaking propellers while flying inside the net?

Jump to solution

We installed a net cage and let the drone fly inside the net. Right now we are just doing some basic control. The drone will break the propellers when it lands since the drone is to heavy and the propellers can hit the bottom net and break.

How do you conduct your initial tests without breaking the parts? Do you fly the drone outside and land on ground? We can only fly the drone inside and the net cage seems not good.

Hello ZChen57, Thank you for your interest in the Intel Aero Ready to Fly drone. Here is one way to keep your drone flying in a desired area inside, used by Aero users - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iysofezsteA They have attached a string to the bottom of the drone. Thank you and best regards, Eliza
