Hi,
Do you know which version of the PX4 firmware is given by Intel in the following link?
https://github.com/intel-aero/meta-intel-aero/wiki/02-Initial-Setup# flashing-the-flight-controller-rtf-only https://github.com/intel-aero/meta-intel-aero/wiki/02-Initial-Setup# flashing-the-flight-controller-rtf-only
Has Intel made any changes to this version?
Can I load a different version from PX4's github (https://github.com/PX4/Firmware GitHub - PX4/Firmware: PX4 Pro Autopilot Software )? If so, how should this be done?
Thank you, Yoni,
Hi Yoni,
Thank you for your interest in the Intel Aero board.
The Aero FC Firmware Version = 1.6.5
If you want to use a different version, you would need to build the px4 flight stack from source.
This link might be helpful: https://docs.px4.io/en/flight_controller/intel_aero.html https://docs.px4.io/en/flight_controller/intel_aero.html (the flashing section).
To build the px4 firmware for Aero, you need to run "make aerofc-v1_default' as described in the link above.

Alexandra
With this version, I'm not able to connect to QGC.
What should I do?
Hi Yoni,
Could you please answer a few questions first?
Which version of QGround Control are you using?
Are you running Ubuntu or Yocto on Aero RTF Drone?
Are you able to connect to QGround Control using Ardupilot flight stack?

Alexandra
