Onboard sensors interrupts

Hi friends,

I was reading the onboard sensors wiki page: https://github.com/intel-aero/meta-intel-aero/wiki/Onboard-Sensors Onboard Sensors · intel-aero/meta-intel-aero Wiki · GitHub

and also Aero Compute Board Block Diagram.

It's obvious that sensors like BMI160 are connected via SPI bus. But when reading the BMI160 datasheet, it turns out that the sensor can be configured to fire interrupts.

So my question is, on the aero board, whether the interrupt line from the sensor is connected to the processor, e.g., one of the GPIOs?

Thanks,

Tom.

Hello Tom,

Thank you for your interest in the Intel® Aero Compute Board.

I've searched the available information and couldn't find anything that indicates if the interrupt line is connected to the processor.

I'll be needing more time to investigate if that information is available. As soon as I find something relevant I'll post it here.

Thank you for your patience.

Have a nice day.

Regards,

Hello ohshout,

Sorry for the late reply.

I want to inform you that the BMI 160 is connected to the processors, and that the interrupts can be fired through a simple SPI connection.

Please let me know if you find this information useful.

Have a nice day.

Regards,
