In the section of QGroundControl for battery calibration, it says USB connect should be used. What USB connection would this be?
Thanks
Tom

Hello T2Pilot,
Thank you for your interest in the Intel® Aero Ready to Fly Drone.
In order to provide the adequate assistance, could you please provide a link to the guide, article or document that you are using to learn more about the battery calibration using QGroundControl?
I'll be waiting for your response.
Have a nice day.
Regards,
Andres V.

In the User Manual for QGroundCOntrol, on the Setup/Power page:
https://docs.qgroundcontrol.com/en/SetupView/Power.html https://docs.qgroundcontrol.com/en/SetupView/Power.html
It shows a screen shot of the Power Setup. Under the "ESC PWM Minimum and Maximum Calibration" section, it states" You must use USB connection for this operation".
As a side note, would you have any way to pass to your sales web site folks to let them know no one can register on the sales site? I was attempting to order some spare parts and when I attempt to register, I receive the following error:
Error: No LoginRegister.CheckStatus.ServiceController
I have sent emails to uscs@yuneec.com but have only received an automated response.
Thanks
Thomas

Hello Thomas,
QGroundControl is a general purpose platform, that means it was not specifically designed for the Aero, and some of their features may not be available. The battery calibration feature is one of them.
Regarding your Yunnec inquiry, the only option is to keep sending emails to them (mailto:uscs@yuneec.com uscs@yuneec.com) to let them know about the issue. This is due to the fact that even though they sell Intel products, they work independently from us.
If you have another question or update, don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day.
Regards,
Andres V.
