Although the Aero Compute Board is intended for use with the Yocto Project flavor of Linux, it is possible to develop application code on Ubuntu and then port the source code to the Compute Board via wi-fi.
The guide below is written with Ubuntu in mind. You may be able to adapt its knowledge for SELinux, but as there is not a precedent for using SELinux with Aero, I cannot say whether it is possible or not. It may be worth giving it a try though.
