SR300 on Aero

Hi friends,

I purchased my Aero board with an SR300 Realsense camera.

Now when I plug my camera in, the dmesg does say USB device is detected.

But when I then run my realsense application, calling librealsense, it gives me:

"No device detected. Is it plugged in?"

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for contacting us. That behavior is because the Aero board does not support the SR300 camera. According to the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/emerging-technologies/intel-realsense-technology/0000... System Requirements for the Intel® RealSense™ Camera SR300 the minimum processor required is a 6th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor and the Intel® Aero board has an Intel® Atom™ Processor, so for that reason the SR300 camera is not working.
