Sampling Frequency for IMU and GPS

Hello, I was wondering what the sampling frequency of the IMU and GPS was. When running QGroundControl I can see the IMU values and the GPS values by opening up the Mavlink inspector. I would like to know the sampling rate that the data is being received at.

Thank you for your interest in the Intel Aero drone.

 

The GPS sampling frequency is 5 Hz. Regarding the IMU value, I'll get back to you later.

Hi JorgeG,

 

 

You need to take a look at the IMU driver on the PX4 source code. The Intel Aero flight controller uses the px4 or ardupilot flight stack to interface to the IMU. You can find the source code here: https://github.com/PX4/Firmware https://github.com/PX4/Firmware
