[Update 1.3.1] Can't connect to QgroundControl

Hello everybody,

Before this update I was in v01.00.04 and I was able to connect with QgroundControl, but after v1.3.1, I can't connect anymore.

I also tried usb and wifi without success...

Anyone have an idea?

Hello Rudja,

Thank you for your interest in Intel® Aero Compute Board.

In order to try to provide the adequate assistance, I would like to try to reproduce the issue you are experiencing, could you please tell me which guide you are following and confirm if you are using the Aero Compute Board or the Aero Ready to Fly?

I'll be waiting for your response.

Have a nice day.

Regards,

Hello,

I am using the Intel Aero Ready To Fly drone.

I precise that this issue arrive just after the update of my drone on the v1.3.1. QGroundControl was able to recognize my drone easily before this update.

This is why I don't understand why it is not able now to do it.

Thanks, have a nice day too.

Best regards,

Rudja

I found this by lsusb and dmesg command.

By usb connection, the device is recognize as an Ethernet/RNDIS Gadget. Could this be the problem here?

Did someone face this issue ?

Thanks for your reply.

Hello Rudja,

I reproduced the issue, after updating to version 1.3.1 I couldn't automatically connect to QGroundControl, but after flashing the flight controller I was able to connect to QGroundControl through WiFi.

Please follow this steps from the official guide (https://github.com/intel-aero/meta-intel-aero/wiki/02-Initial-setup%29: https://github.com/intel-aero/meta-intel-aero/wiki/02-Initial-setup):

Please let me know the outcome of this.

Regards,
