I have an Intel Arc A750 (desktop) and MTA:SA crashes the second GTA loads.
MTADiag log: https: / /pastebin.mtasa.com/8893024158
CreateVertexDeclaration failed → hr=0x80004005
Crash in igd9trinity32.dll (access violation)
This only happens with newer Arc drivers.
When I roll back to 31.0.101.4644 everything works perfectly.
Can someone from Intel please give me a direct download link for a driver version that still has working DX9 emulation for Arc A750?
I heard 32.0.101.6632 (beta) or 31.0.101.6460 are good for legacy DX9 games.
Thanks a lot!
Specs:
Intel Arc A750
Windows 11 24H2
Current driver: 32.0.101.8250

Hello zabazimbohasan,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.
- How did you update the driver?
- Let me also check if your Windows and game are also updated?
- Can you tell us where exactly in the game did you encounter the issue?
- What is your game launcher?
- Can you provide a screenshot of the game's graphics settings?
- For me to review the hardware and the installed drivers, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps:

1- I did a clean install via ddu
2- I am using a crack that everyone uses because the original Steam version of the game does not work properly on MTA.
My screen freezes suddenly and kicks me out of the game. Probably old directx9 and graphics card driver incompatibility.- Mark as New

Hello zabazimbohasan,
Thank you for the update.
What do you mean you made the solution by mistake?
And also, I am sorry, we cannot further investigate the issue using crack games. Kindly install the game from legitimate sources for us to document the issue properly and we can replicate the issue here in our lab if needed.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello zabazimbohasan,
Thank you for the update.
I may need to try to replicate this issue in our lab to check if this is a common issue. Before that, let me gather some details from your system so that I have some information to follow.
- Please send a screenshot of the Graphics settings of the game.
- Kindly generate CapFrameX data for about 5 minutes of the gameplay specially on the part that the system will crash.
- Since it is crashing, kindly generate dump files also of the crash.
On how to generate CapFrameX and dump files, please to the link below:

Hello Mike,
I wrote the codes for the dump file as you said, but even though I tried multiple times, the dump zip was not created for the appcrashdump file, but maybe these will help

If there is no solution, can you provide a link to download an older version driver that works more stable with this game?

Hello zabazimbohasan,
I've reviewed your previous posts and understood that you're looking for older driver versions, specifically 32.0.101.6632 (beta) or 31.0.101.6460. Unfortunately, the oldest driver version we currently have available is 32.0.101.6790 (WHQL Certified).
Instead, I'd recommend performing a clean installation of our latest driver version 32.0.101.8331 (WHQL Certified) using DDU in safe mode. This version was just released a few days ago and includes fixes for numerous gaming issues.
Please let me know how this works for you, as it will help us determine the next steps for further troubleshooting if the latest driver doesn't resolve your issue.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello zabazimbohasan,
Thank you for patiently waiting for our update.
I was about to test this in our lab, however upon checking Steam, there is no Multi Theft Auto. Can you provide the direct download link of the game?
Also, I noticed that the BIOS of your board is not updated. Please update your BIOS to version F33.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
