Hi inzip,
Thank you for posting in our Community. I’d like to help clarify the screen recording issue with your Arc A770. Could you confirm which Intel® Arc™ driver version you’re currently using? Also, are you trying to record using Intel Graphics Command Center, Arc Control, Intel Graphics Software, or a third-party application? If possible, please share any error messages or screenshots you see when attempting to record. This information will help us isolate whether the problem is driver-related or software-specific.
Additionally, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello inzip,
Thank you for confirming the driver version and pointing out the difference in recording functionality between the older and newer releases. You mentioned that the new driver no longer includes the video recording feature while the older version did. Could you let me know if you’re attempting to record through Intel Graphics Command Center, Arc Control, or Intel Graphics Software? If possible, please also share any error messages or screenshots you encounter when trying to record. These details will help us identify when the change occurred and provide clearer insights for the team.
Moreover, please be informed that I can only support you in English. I have used a web translation tool to translate this response; hence, there may be some inaccurate translations.
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello inzip,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. To clarify, the last WHQL version of the Intel® Graphics Driver that supported screen recording within Intel® Graphics Command Center (IGCC) was 32.0.101.6319, which works with Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics, Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics, and Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors with Intel® Arc™ Graphics. Since then, the screen recording feature has been moved from IGCC to Intel® Arc™ Control, which is now the primary tool for this capability. If you are using Intel® Core™ 11th generation or newer processors, or Intel® Arc™ discrete GPUs, you can install Intel® Arc™ Control and continue using screen recording. Instructions are available here: How to Install Intel® Arc Control. For users with Intel® Core™ 10th generation or older processors, the standard IGCC does not support screen recording. However, a beta version of IGCC available in the Microsoft Store may include this feature as a workaround. You may check this article: Screen Recording Feature to be Removed from the Intel® Graphics Command Center
However, please be guided that the Arc control is no longer supported; we have created a new application, Intel Graphics Software, which will replace both the Arc control and IGCC, which means that the Arc control and IGCC features are all in Intel Graphics Software. Note: In older graphics cards, IGCC will still be supported. Once your Intel graphics driver has been updated, the Intel graphics software will be installed automatically as it is bundled with the graphics driver.
We truly value your input regarding feature availability and limitations, and I’ve noted your request for future consideration. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve.
Best regards,
Von M.

Now I use Intel Graphics Software, which has no video recording function. However, ARC Control has no video recording function and no game coverage function. My FPS cannot be displayed in the game. This is very difficult for us to use. There is no game LUT function like Nvidia in the driver. I want to know when we can use these functions

Hello inzip,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding Intel Graphics Software and ARC Control. I completely understand how important features like video recording, in-game FPS overlay, and LUT functionality are for a smooth gaming experience, especially since similar options are available on other platforms. At the moment, these specific features are not yet available in ARC Control. However, I’ve noted your request and will make sure to pass this along to our development team for review. While I cannot provide an exact timeline for when these functions will be implemented, please rest assured that your feedback is valuable in helping us prioritize future improvements.
In the meantime, I see your question and will post an update in this thread once I have more information about this matter.
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello inzip,
Thank you for your patience. After reviewing your concern, I’d like to share the following update: the Studio tab is not available on Intel® Graphics Software. For more details, please refer to this article: Studio Tab Is Not Available on Intel® Graphics Software.
Intel has made the tough decision to retire the Studio page and its feature for now in our graphics software. The reason behind this decision is that the features within the Studio page had very low user usage, and many features within the Studio page are supported by great third-party software today, like OBS, Steam, Windows Game Bar, and others. We may consider bringing back these features in the future if demand is high.
Since this feature is not available, we will now proceed to close this case. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Von M.
