Hello Giaco4991,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I understand you've been experiencing issues since a recent Windows update, and that you've found suggestions to roll back to a previous version. I'd be happy to assist you with this matter.
To provide you with the most effective solution, could you please help clarify:
- Specific issue details: What exactly is the problem you're experiencing? (e.g., display issues, performance problems, driver conflicts, etc.)
- Windows update information: Do you know which specific Windows update caused the issue, or approximately when it was installed?
- Current symptoms: How is the issue manifesting on your system?
Regarding the images: I can see you've shared your system specifications, but I'm unable to clearly view the details in the screenshots. Could you please share your system information in text format or through an SSU (System Support Utility) report for better analysis?
With these details in hand, I can offer you personalized troubleshooting guidance to help resolve the issue.
I look forward to helping you resolve this issue.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello Giaco4991,
Thank you for providing the detailed system information and error logs.
Based on the Event Viewer data, I can see the issue is related to the Intel graphics driver module (igd10iumd64.dll). To properly diagnose your system and provide you with the exact graphics driver you need, I'll require an SSU (System Support Utility) log file.
This will allow me to analyze your complete system configuration and recommend the most compatible driver version for your Intel UHD Graphics 730. Once I have the SSU log, I'll be able to provide you with the appropriate driver solution for your League of Legends graphics initialization issue.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello Giaco4991,
Thank you for sharing the SSU log file.
Please proceed with the following steps below:
1) Please make sure your game is updated to the latest version. This update usually happens automatically when trying to launch every time an update is available.
2) Downloading the latest driver version 32.0.101.7076 and proceed with a clean installation using DDU (safe mode) or try reinstalling the latest OEM driver (v32.0.101.6737) using the DDU (safe mode).
If the issue persists, contact your system manufacturer support team to get assistance on updating your BIOS firmware to the latest version 1820.
Let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
