Hello Otakumonarch,
Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Forum. To properly investigate and resolve this issue, could you share some details:
- Was everything functioning normally before this issue? If yes, what was the last change you made to your system?
- Are you using a laptop or desktop computer? What's the exact model?
- Do you have Integrated or Discrete Graphics? Which specific model?
- What version of graphics driver are you currently running?
- Which Operating System (OS) and build version are installed on your system?
- Are you encountering any error messages by any chance?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- Would you mind sharing where you got the Xbox app from and what version number it shows?
- Could you elaborate on the nature of the optimization problems? Specifically, are you seeing decreased frame rates, application crashes, or other performance related issues?
We recommend downloading our System Support Utility tool for better system analysis. Installation details are available through this link: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

I am a desktop computer with Windows 11 26H1, a B580 graphics card, and driver version 8531. I haven't changed any settings. There are several issues:
1. The driver configuration page cannot scan games in XGP and cannot add them manually.
2. Unable to open Warhammer: 40000 Space Marine 2.
3. When opening Tencent Games (Counterattack: Future), it opens in windowed mode and settings cannot be saved, but gameplay is normal.

Hello, according to what you said, I downloaded SSU and obtained the files. As for the issue that needs to be prioritized, it should be (Unable to open Warhammer: 40000 Space Marine 2.) The game crashes immediately; now after the anti-cheat is loaded, the game window appears but the content is completely black, then crashes without any error.
