Intel Arc A770 Le Mans Ultimate Game Crashing at 100% Track Car Load - Unplayable Game

Le Mans Ultimate Game crashes usually just after game loads Cars and Track at the 100% loading point. At that point the game stops and the game developers BugSplatt reporting software opens up and game shuts down.
I was using a GTX 1080 previously and the game ran just fine .After installing the Intel Arc A770 I have only been able to get the game to load in on practice mode with just my car without any AI Cars in single player Practice Mode. I used DDU to uninstall all the Nvidia Drivers in safe mode then loaded the latest intel driver (32.0.101.6647). I have tried numerous possible fixes reported in the Game Forums and Intel Forums to possibly help - to no avail. The problem seems to be on Intel’s Driver side to me. I have no problems running other Racing Simulator games that I have tested Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa EVO and Automobilista 2 with the A770 video Card.
Possible Solutions I have tried;
- Deleting the Steam Game through Steam -- then reinstalling.
- Verifying steam game files through Steam.
- Dropping Game Video Settings to lowest possible
- Turning off car mirror settings
- Starting Game in Steam as –dx11 / -dx12 / blank
- Running game exe as administrator
- Excluding game files and folders in Win Defender software
- Turning off all other running programs
- Making sure I had the latest windows and intel drivers
My system Specs are Mother board: MSI B550m / Processor R5 5600/ Video Card Intel Arc A770 16g AsRock Challenger/Ram Vengeance DDR4 3200mhz cl16/ 2 each M.2 Drives
I have reported this to the Game developers as well on their Forum with no solution.

Hi MarkMurphy,

Thank you for providing the detailed information. I will review it internally and attempt to replicate the issue on my end. According to my findings, Intel is currently investigating this issue. I will get back to you with more information and potential solutions as soon as they become available.

Thank you for looking in to this issue. I seen a lot of other players having the same issue with ARC Cards.

Update: I Updated my Motherboards bios to the latest stable version and uninstalled the game, and all related game files again then Reinstalled the game.

Launched the game with all the lowest settings in practice mode with 14 AI GT3's and I was able to race for a couple laps then it crashed. I relaunched the game with same settings and the same issue is happening again (track/Car Loads to 100% then crashes to desktop). tried to race again a few more times and can't get past the 100% Loading again. Also my GPU Temps are only getting to 65c and CPU temps to 55c.

Thanks

Mark

Update to the update:

Did some more cleaning of my c: drive found another Nvidia file - Deleted. Deleted Windows Game Bar. Set my Page file to Back to Automatic. Le Mans Ultimate Game Video Settings mostly set to Medium Settings - Turned off Mirrors (most Important). Loaded Practice Session with 14 AI drivers in GT3 Cars on COTA and everything loaded and I was able to play. The frame rates were good over 100 FPS but it did not look smooth at all. It looked like I was running at 40-45 FPS. The 1% lows were getting into the 20's. I Tried Vsync and that looked a little better at 75hz. Not sure what else to do to get it running smother, in the corners it looks like I'm running in the 20 FPS range. Not sure if you guys have optimized drivers for this game yet or if this is a game software issue but any tips to smooth it out would be appreciated.

Note: Still crashes if Mirrors are on in Video Settings

Hi @MarkMurphy,

Thanks for your effort on the multiple tests you have conducted on this game. We have been able to reproduce the issue internally and will continue to work on it. However, please note that given our current workload and limited resources, any possible fix for this issue might take several months. I'll let you know once there are any updates on this issue.

JJ,

The only thing that works for me is turning off both mirror settings located in the Graphics settings. I have to do that before every session or it will crash to desktop. Once your in the session press key pad Number 3 to turn on the mirrors while driving. That's the work around for me, hope it works for you as well until Intel can fix the driver issue.
