RGB arc A770

Bonjour,

après de nombreux essais , il m'est impossible d'installer le contoleur RGB pour mon intel arc a770LE.

systematiquement , le message suivant apparait : 

"No Intel Arc 770 Graphics card is currently detected. Please ensure the I2C cable is connected properly.

The Intel Arc RGB Controller requires that a Intel Arc 770 Graphics card is installed in this computer"

pourtant la carte fonctionne , et le cable I2C est bien branché ( je l'ai même tester au multimètre...)

quel est la solution? peut être qu'un autre logiciel pourrait fonctionner? mais le quel?

Bonjour,
J'ai effectué de nouveaux essais, mais je pense avoir serieusement abîmé le module RGB.
Effectivement j'ai essayé de brancher le câble I2C sur une sortie LED de la carte mère, mais celle ci étaient en 12V.... depuis le RGB ne fonctionne plus du tout.
Est-ce possible d'avoir un nouveau module RGB? ( a mes frais , étant donné que je n'ai pas de facture ou garantie)
