Resident Evil Requiem XeSS in the files, but no in-game option?

Dear Intel Arc support team,

I don't have any issue, please consider this post as an optional ticket. A fellow redditer noted, that XeSS files, namely libxell, libxess, libxessfg are in the game files. Obviously, because of the XeLL game file, this means that this is XeSS 2.0 atleast, which means we could be able to use XeSS 3 MFG for the game which would be amazing.

May i kindly ask you to notify the game's devs about this? Or should i write an e-mail directly to them?

XeSS technology is far more superior on XMX running hardware, so that we Intel Arc users would have a much better upscaling option other than FSR.

Thank you very much for your help!

Best wishes,

Ákos

Hi NagyAkos512,

I want to inform you that we are still looking further into your issue, but we need additional information from you to proceed with our investigation. Please provide an SSU (System Support Utility) log so we can check your complete system specifications. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility. Kindly untick the "Networking" Category before scanning.

I also need to confirm your exact graphics card model, kindly also state if it's an OEM model (Sparkle, ASRock, etc.) or Intel branded.

This information will help us better understand your system configuration. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you.
