Intel s5520sc workstation board BIOS update

Hello. I'm not sure if it is the right place I'm writing in, but I would like to get some help on updating my Intel’s s5520sc boards BIOS. I know that this shouldn't be hard and I found a lot of material on how to do it on desktop boards. The problem I face is that my boards Bios update doesn't have possibilities to install like iFlash BIOS Update, ISO Image BIOS Update... to update my BIOS I need to use something called EFI Shell. I couldn't find any instructions on that and without them I don't want to attempt any tries and guesses. I would very appreciate if anybody could help me. Thank you.

There is a pdf that provides EFI instructions so maybe that will help you.
