Users are facing this issue very frequently. When we connect device using KVM Client, keyboard get hang. They have to connect, disconnect multiple them to make it working. Please help on this.

What OS is the AMT device running? ---> Windows Server 2012 R2
What KVM Client are you using? ---->> MeshRemoteKVMClient (Version 1.0)
I haven't played with server OS and seen this specific issue. So my first suggestion is to connect to the server while in the BIOS screen or paused during the boot process. Then determine if the keyboard is still not responding.
My suspicion is outside the OS it will work correctly. If that is true the issue will probably revolve around the device driver, take a look at device manager and look for the HID driver listed while in a KVM Session. This driver may need to be updated...
