I can't find libsvml.a in the base toolkit for mac, but I can find the .dylib.

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

"libsvml.a" is included in Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit. So, could you please download and install oneAPI HPC Toolkit.

After installing HPC Toolkit, you can find "libsvml.a" in the path as shown below:
