I have a licensed version of Intel C/C++ Version 12.0 but I am trying to build with MathWorks MATLAB. Unfortunately, MATLAB only supports C/C++ Version 11.1 and earlier. Is there any way I can get a copy of the Intel C/C++ 11.1 compiler and install it using the 12.0 license files? Actually, can I even get a copy of the 11.1 compiler at all?

at https://registrationcenter.intel.com register your license (if you haven't already) then log in using your support account (which would be created at registration). You will have the good 11.1 versions available to download and run under your license.
By supported versions, I suppose they mean versions for which they have completed testing, which doesn't rule out the possibility that the current version should work.
