If you have Intel C++ compiler Windows license then you can download the 9.0 or 9.1 compiler from Intel Registration center using link https://registrationcenter.intel.com/.

I'm trying to build a Visual Studio 2015 project that links against a 3rd party static library (.lib) that depends on libmmt.lib. I've installed C++ redistributable libraries for Intel C++ (from here) Parallel Studio Redistributable Libraries (from here) and Math Kernel Library (from here). None of the packages includes the libmmt.lib I'm lacking.
Am I missing something or libmmt.lib is only available with Intel C++ compiler?
Thank you.
