Can not get Debug Info using ICC

Hi,

I use EVC IDE and Intel Compiler to compile my application for PocketPC 2003 Device. As I use microsoft compiler, I can debug and trace all the variable values. But after I switch to Intel Compiler, I can not get debug info at some points.
What are the possible reasons?
