Can't Update Threading Building Blocks to 4.1

I tried to install the update to Intel Threading Building Blocks 4.1 and was successful. However when i run the Intel Software manager it keeps asking me to install the update. I tried to repair the installation to no avail. I also tried to uninstall it from the update setup and then running the update to reinstall it to no avail. Annay assistance would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I tried to repeat the above steps with a new download as I figured the setup file for the update may be corrupt to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
