Can we install Intel Compilers under one evaluation license on more than one machine? Is it allowable?

Yes, provided you are the only individual using the materials. Please refer to the End-user license agreement provided with the compiler (or here), specifically section 3.C.i for a description of the EVALUATION LICENSE restrictions.
