Choose correct product for C++ Compiler

I looked at Developer Center website. Intel Parallel Studio is on the top. C++ Compiler and VTune Performance are below Intel Parallel Studio. I want to use C++ Profiler and C++ Optimization when I write C++ source code on Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2008. I am not sure which product either Intel Parallel Studio, C++ compiler, or VTune Performance is right for me. Can you please be kind to recommend which one? Thank you for your assistance.
