I downloaded Intel C++ Compiler, Fortran Compiler and MKL and got their liceses in the Non-Commercial Software Download page (http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/non-commercial-software-download/).

My question is could I use these products and their licenses in a competition? The competition I'm attending is SC10 Cluster Challenge. (http://sc10.supercomputing.org/?pg=studentcluster_apps.html)

What kind of license you have? If you have evaluation license then you may not be able to use it?

I believe what I have here is non-commercial license. I currently am able to use it on my cluster.

You are having the copy of the licence document. You may follow ""NONCOMMERCIAL-USE LICENSE" clause and if you activity falls in this category then you may use the license.
