Does Version 11 still have the Microsoft compatibility bugs for VS2008?

Major undocumented bugs were added to version 10 when using VS2008 in the name of Microsoft compatibility. (See bug reports 478235 and 480251). Have these bugs been removed in version 11, or at least some way added to disable them?

The feedback for the 478235 issue is:it's not fixable because of the internal structure. Sorry about that.
