It doesn't make sense for Intel C++ compiler and OpenMP teams to support versions lower then 3.1.

Hi,

There is no OpenMP support in the Intel® C++ Compiler for Android*. You can use Intel® Cilk Plus which is supported as technology preview. Internally we already used it successfully :-). I attached the release notes as reference which explains which features are not carried over from the Linux* release.
