requires a license valid through the release date of the older version (current license is fine)

You will likely find that the version available is a slightly newer update, fully compatible except for bug fixes.

Try another browser if the pull-down menus at the download site don't work.

11.1.059 is no longer publicly available from the Intel® Registration Center download area. What are the reasons why you need this specific compiler version? Which is the serial number you are actually using (please answer via 'Send Author A Message' to protect confidential data.
