Download is very slow...

Hi
Some days ago access site and download very very slow.
observe as given aria2 when is download compilers.
SIZE:123.3MiB/873.6MiB(14%) CN:1 SPD:111.5KiBs ETA:1h54m46s]
All other site i have minimum between SPD:680.5KiBs / SPD:900 KiBs or more.
Maybe.... add message to your link page download (required machine Redundant Power)
