Eclipse support on Windows?

Hello,

We are interested in using the Eclipse IDE for development on Windows. I have seen that Intel offers Eclipse support for the Linux variant of the C++ compiler. Would it be possible to get the source code for this Eclipse plugin so that we can modify it to suit our needs? We normally build our code using Makefiles/Scons, so it is primarily the error and warning parsing that we are interested in.
