Empty icl 2015 update 4 fix list

The fixes list for update 4 is empty (no any info about fixes in this update) https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-composer-xe-2015-compilers-fixes-list

Steve Lionel said on his forum the only change was to provide vs2015 support.
