Error 10308: failed to enable trusted storage check for licensing

I'm getting this error on a new (trial) installation under VS2008,SP1; Vista x64

1>Compiling with Intel C++ 11.0.074 [Intel 64]... (Intel C++ Environment)
1>icl: error #10308: Failed to enable trusted storage check for licensing: WARNING: Enable Trusted Storage failed (flexnet error code 20). Trusted Storage based license could not be supported

Could you try to use 11.0.83 version to see if thre is the same issue?
