Error: A license for CComp is not available (-5,357). AND error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license

Dear all:

I download Intel Composer XE 2013 SP1 and installed with proper serial number. While building the application in VS2012 using the inter compiler facing the following error:-

Error: A license for CComp is not available (-5,357).

As I saw in intel site, there are people who faced this issue but re installation and  reboot the system fixed this issue. But i tried and didn't work for me. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

If you have the license which should have been emailed to you, copy it to the path mentioned at 3.  alternate is to register your serial on the registrationcenter dot intel dot com site and request a fresh one.
