As I saw in intel site, there are people who faced this issue but re installation and  reboot the system fixed this issue. But i tried and didn't work for me. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

The site is blocking attempts to answer here.   possible alternative is to ask on the companion licensing and registration forum

If you have the license which should have been emailed to you, copy it to the path mentioned at 3.  alternate is to register your serial on the registrationcenter dot intel dot com site and request a fresh one.
