Error in building project

I have a library project and a test project(that uses the functions in the library project) under one solution in Microsoft Visual Studio 2019.I installed 

• Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit
• High-Performance Computing

packages. I tried to build both the projects in intel c++ compiler 2021.But I  got this error

Could someone please help me on what could have gone wrong?
