Error spawning xicl6.exe, and Error spawning xilink6.exe

I installedintelC++ compiler on my Windows XP, with visual studio and CVF installed.
but I have a problem of
Error spawning xilink6.exe
for some projects
and
Error spawning xicl6.exe
for other projects.

Any clues on what happens here and what can I do to fix it.

Make sure in directory is in your path or add it to your [Tools]->[Options]->[Directories]. This directory contains the "xilink6.exe" and "xicl6.exe".
