Evolution of Intel C++ compiler options - v7.1 -> v8.1 -> v12.0 -> v13.0

Topic: Evolution of Intel C++ compiler options - v7.1 -> v8.1 -> v12.0 -> v13.0

I'll provide information on command line options of Intel C++ compiler versions 7.18.1, 12.0 and 13.0.

Note: Just for comparison command line options for Microsoft, MinGW, Borland and Turbo C++ compilers of different versions will be provided as well.
