I installed Intel Compiler 12.0.0.30 after I installed VS2010.
After that, if I run vs2010, I always receives "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation " and vs2010 is not able to start.
I have already re-install them, but still get the same problem.
What's wrong? Thank you very much.

Nice question..
I fear not the problem with Visual Studio 2010 or Intel compiler?
Did you try standalone VS2010 to start without Intel install..
I could find many links of your problem, but very few relevant ones coming while VS startup, espin social msdn.. They seem to be workarounds though, something to do with registry, so you have to be very careful to restore back i case things go wrong..
Begin to try with this:--

And let know.
