How to get the Intel C++ Compiler academic version?

Can someone shed some light on how I can get the C++ compiler for windows (academic license)?

I have spent a lot of time trying to get a copy of it and the information suggests that I go to a reseller and redirects me to the "site-wide" resellers page. I am worried about the crediblity of the listed ones. Out of the ones in the list, the ones that I have heard don't seem to have the academic version and the price seems to be varying from the one listed on the academic version pricing listed on this page.

If someone who has gone through the process of obtaining a copy of Intel compiler academic license, provice some information, that would be great.

Here is a link to the page that has a list of software that can be bought using academic licensing
