How to install a compiler in RWTH-Aachen-Institut with guilty license without serial number

My problem is not to have a serialnumber of the Fortran-Compiler 9.1.052 and C++-Compiler 9.1.052 I'd like to install.
How can I get it?

Angela,
Not sure about your request. It sounds like you want to install an older Fortran Compiler 9.1, but it failed with a license error. Did you use serial numbers for remote activation or did you use license files for 9.1 installation or are you just unsure what to do?
