How to turn off P4 Hardware Prefetch?

I use Intel C compiler, please tell me how to turn off Hardware Pretetch?and Does P3 have hardware prefetch? If it has, how to turn it off?Thanks a lot...

No, the compiler has no way to turn off hardware prefetch, but P-III doesn't have it anyway.
