ICC for eVC3 problem!!

Hi guys!
I used Intel C++ Compiler for eVC3 to compile a dll project, and the dll can't be launched in release version! But debug version works well. (Both debug and release version compiled by Mircosoft compiler work well!). I used no additional compile options.
Platform:
Compaq iPAQ H3970(Pocket PC 2002, PXA250).
I need your help!

P.S.
It seems that when compiled debug version,the assembler used is asxscce.exe while compiled release version, it is clarm.exe(clarm.exe belongs to Microsoft)
