IDB v 11.1 does not work with Eclipse Ganymede

I added IDB plugin from /opt/intel install directory/idb/eclipse_support to the Eclipse.
When I want to debug using IDB I have this error:

Cannot run program "idbc": Unknown reason (sic!)

Did it happen to anybody?
What is the "proper" way od using IDB? As a rich client or as a plugin?

Thanks.
