IPP License and redistribute permission when license expired

Today, I have a question about license of IPP and redistribute permission.

My situation is:

+ I have bought Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE Comporser Edition for C++ Windows (2019)

+ I have checked expired date of license which is 12/13/2019.

Now, I want to redistribute IPP (.DLL) in commercial software without renewal.

Is it possible ? or Do I have permission ?

If no, could you please let me know procedure which I can do to redistribute.

From my knowledge/information, I think I should to do renewal license.
