It is not obvious to me how to get the compiler to install to an external disk.
I do not have sufficient space on my C: drive to install.
This is with parallel_studio_2015_update2

Hi,
Yes, theoretically, PSXE can be installed to external drive although some part of PSXE will be installed to fixed location on system drive (about 200-300 MB) automatically. You can try and let me know if you bump into any issues.

Can you point to instructions?
I am unable to figure out how to do this.
There seems to be no way to install to anywhere other than C:

Hi Mike,
What you do is execute the install and after activation is done, choose "Customize" option from the menu, select the components you want to be installed. After clicking next, you should see a menu that asks "Choose a Destination Folder". You can specify the path on the external driver where you want the product files will be installed. Continue next and you should click install to install the product.

Hi Mike,
BTW, I tried installing to an external drive on my system and it worked fine. All I had to do was to change the installation directory under custom install options and it worked. Let me know if you were successful as well or have any issues, thx
