Iniatially I bought Intel Fortran Compiler which included Visual Studio 2010 Shell.
Recently I bought Intel Fortran C++ Compliler. Iwould like to integrate it with the Visual Stidio 2010 Shell. I have noticed that it is possible to do that if you buy the Intel Composer XE for Windows which includes The Fortran and C++ Compilers. Could you help me abbout this issue?

No, the VS Shell which comes with ifort doesn't support C++, with or without the addition of ICL. The combined Fortran and C++ products expect you to install under VS2008 or 2010, pro or higher, with MS C++ installed.
