The new version Intel C++ Compiler 16.0 is now available in Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 that has launched early this week. If your support license is current you can download and install this at no additional charge from the Intel Registration Center

You will find some blog postings about some new features and new free tools.

There is a change with the single user license checking. We understand that it might be causing some difficulties, so we’ve created 5 articles explaining the work around and what you should do:

There will be free webinars, please register at upcoming webinars.

Cheers,

Hello.

As I understood this new compiler is not supported at Visual Studio 2008, like the previous one too..

We should support 2 builds - 2008 VS-build (for third-party integration) and  2012 VS-build.

Currently we use Intel C++ compiler from Parallel Studio XE 2013 for both builds.

We would like to move forward and we already have license for Parallel Studio XE 2016, but how can we build 2008 VS version?

We would not like to use different Intel compiler versions for each build.

What do you suggest?

Larisa
